AI Recommendation Snapshot
If you use the AIVS AI Recommendation Snapshot, we process the company details you enter (company name, domain, product or service, target audience, region and optional details) in order to run the analysis. Your input is translated into neutral test questions and passed to an AI system; your company name is used solely to evaluate the answers. Analysis results are cached for 72 hours. If you unlock the detailed results, we additionally store your name, business email address and consents (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time at info@aivs.cloud.

Server log files
When the website is accessed, technically necessary access data (e.g. IP address, timestamp, user agent) are processed. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

The details entered in the form (name, company, email, phone where provided, subject, message) are processed exclusively to handle your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
Hosting and data processing
The website is hosted by an external service provider with whom a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place. No analytics or tracking cookies are used.
Retention period
Personal data are deleted as soon as the purpose of processing no longer applies and no statutory retention obligations prevent deletion.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Newsletter (AIVS AI Visibility Briefing)
To send our newsletter we process your email address as well as the optional details first name, company and language. Subscription uses a double opt-in procedure: after submitting the form you receive a confirmation email, and delivery only starts once you confirm. As proof of consent we store the consent text, the time of subscription and confirmation, and a technical check value protecting against bulk sign-ups. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to info@aivs.cloud. After unsubscribing, your record is blocked for evidence purposes and no longer used for sending. No open or click tracking takes place.
